Romans 4:18
‘Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as he had been told.’
- Even when things seem to be working against us, we should keep trusting.
- Abraham had all the odds stacked against Him, but He held onto God’s promises.
- Eventually every word that the Lord had spoken came to pass.
- Let us be people of faith and let us continue to believe in His faithfulness.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that I can trust and hope in You no matter what the circumstances may be. Against all hope, I choose to hope and trust in You. Amen.

‘Hy (Abraham) het teen hoop op hoop geglo dat hy vader sou word van baie volke volgens wat gesê was: …’
- Selfs wanneer dit lyk of alles teen ons gekant is, moet ons aanhou vertrou.
- Abraham het soveel teenkanting gehad, maar hy het aan God se beloftes vasgehou.
- Uiteindelik het elke woord wat die Here gespreek het waar geword.
- Laat ons gelowige mense wees en laat ons aanhou om in Sy getrouheid te glo.
Gebed: Vader, dankie dat ek in U kan vertrou en op U kan hoop maak nie saak wat die omstandighede is nie. Teen alle hoop, kies ek om op U te hoop en in U te vertrou. Amen.

“Contra toda esperanza, Abraham creyó y esperó, y de este modo llegó a ser padre de muchas naciones, tal como se le había dicho.”
- Aun cuando todo parece estar en nuestra contra, debemos seguir confiando.
- Abraham tenía todo en contra, pero se aferró a las promesas de Dios.
- Eventualmente, cada palabra que el Señor había dicho se tornó real.
- Seamos entonces personas de fe y continuemos confiando en Su fidelidad.
Oración: Señor, gracias por que puedo creer y confiar en Ti, sin importar las circunstancias. Contra toda esperanza, elijo confiar en Ti. Amén.
