2 Timothy 1:7
‘God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.’
- It is never part of God’s plan for us to be controlled by fear.
- God’s gift to us is power, love and a sound mind – not fear.
- Daily we are confronted with fear and that is why we need to trust God.
- Take hold of His power, love and sound thinking and reject fear.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that I do not need to fear because You are with me right now. Although things may look overwhelming, You are with me. You will help me to overcome because You have given me the tools I need. Amen.

‘God het ons nie ‘n gees van vreesagtigheid gegee nie, maar van krag en liefde en selfbeheersing.’
- Dit is nooit deel van God se plan dat ons deur vrees beheer moet word nie.
- God se gawe aan ons is krag, liefde en ‘n gesonde verstand – nie vrees nie.
- Ons word daagliks met vrees gekonfronteer en daarom moet ons God vertrou.
- Gryp Sy krag, liefde en gesonde denke vas en verwerp vrees.
Gebed: Vader, dank U dat ek nie hoef te vrees nie want U is nou met my. Al lyk dinge oorweldigend, is U met my. U sal my help om te oorwin, want U het my die gereedskap gegee wat ek nodig het. Amen.

Dio infatti ci ha dato uno spirito non di timidezza, ma di forza, di amore e di autocontrollo.
- Non fa mai parte del piano di Dio che ci lasciamo controllare dalla paura.
- Il dono di Dio per noi è il potere, l’amore e una mente sana, non la paura.
- Ogni giorno ci confrontiamo con la paura ed è per questo che dobbiamo avere fiducia in Dio.
- Afferra il Suo potere, il Suo amore e il Suo sano pensiero e rifiuta la paura.
Preghiera: Signore, grazie perché non ho bisogno di temere perché Sei con me in questo momento. Anche se le cose possono sembrare travolgenti, Tu Sei con me. Mi aiuterai a superare la situazione perché mi hai dato gli strumenti di cui ho bisogno. Amen.

‘Бог дал нам дух не страха, но силы, любви и здравого смысла’.
- В Божий план никогда не входило, чтобы нами управлял страх.
- Божий дар нам – это сила, любовь и здравый рассудок, а не страх.
- Ежедневно мы сталкиваемся со страхом, и именно поэтому нам нужно доверять Богу.
- Воспользуйтесь Его силой, любовью и здравым смыслом и отбросьте страх.
