- Right now the Lord wants to come and strengthen you.
- Ultimately real strength comes from the Lord, the Source of all strength.
- With His strength we can face life’s trials and emerge victorious.
- May you know His sustaining strength and power within you today!
Prayer: Lord, thank You that You come alongside me to strengthen and empower me for the race I need to run. I do not need to run the race alone or in my own strength, because You are with me and Your strength flows in and through me. Amen.

Gebed: Vader, dank U dat U my versterk en bemagtig vir die wedloop wat ek moet hardloop. Ek hoef nie die wedloop alleen of in my eie krag te hardloop nie, want U is met my en U krag vloei in en deur my. Amen.

Io ringrazio colui che mi ha reso forte, Cristo Gesù, nostro Signore, per avermi stimato degno della sua fiducia, ponendo al suo servizio me,
- Proprio adesso il Signore vuole venire e rafforzarti.
- In definitiva, la vera forza viene dal Signore, la Fonte di ogni forza.
- Con la Sua forza possiamo affrontare le prove della vita e uscirne vittoriosi.
- Possa tu conoscere la Sua forza e il Suo potere ti sostiene dentro oggi!
Preghiera: Signore, grazie che Sei al mio fianco per rafforzarmi e potenziarmi per la corsa che devo correre. Non ho bisogno di correre la corsa da solo o con le mie forze, perché Tu sei con me e la Tua forza scorre dentro e attraverso di me. Amen.

- මේ මොහොතේ, සමිඳාණන් වහන්සේ පැමිණ ඔබව ශක්තිමත් කිරීමට කැමතිසේක.
- අවසානයේ සැබෑ ශක්තිය පැමිණෙන්නේ සියලු ශක්තියේ උල්පත වන ස්වාමින් වහන්සේගෙනි.

- Да познаете вы сегодня Его поддерживающую силу и могущество внутри себя!
Молитва: Господь, благодарю Тебя за то, что Ты рядом со мной, чтобы укрепить и наделить меня силой для забега, который мне нужно пробежать. Мне не нужно бежать гонку в одиночку или полагаясь на свои силы, потому что Ты со мной, и Твоя сила течет во мне и через меня. Аминь.
