Philippians 2:13
‘For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him.’
- You are important to God and that’s why He is working within you.
- He invests in those who are important to Him and that includes you.
- Ultimately He wants to see us developing a longing for more of Him.
- Out of this longing comes the desire and the ability to do what pleases Him.
Prayer: Lord, it is my desire and longing to know You more clearly and to love You more dearly. Come and work within my heart so that I will be more like You and so that I will live my life in such a way that is pleasing to You. Amen.

‘want dit is God wat in julle werk om te wil sowel as om te werk na sy welbehae.’
- Jy is vir God belangrik en dis hoekom Hy in jou werk.
- Hy belê in die wat vir Hom belangrik is en dit sluit jou in.
- Uiteindelik wil Hy sien dat ons ‘n verlange na meer van Hom ontwikkel.
- Uit hierdie verlange kom die begeerte en die vermoë om te doen wat Hom behaag.
Gebed: Vader, dit is my begeerte en verlange om U duideliker te ken en U liewer te hê. Kom werk in my hart sodat ek meer soos U sal wees en sodat ek sal lewe op ‘n manier wat U sal behaag. Amen.

“Ибо Бог действует в вас, давая вам желание и силу делать то, что Ему угодно”.
- Вы важны для Бога, и именно поэтому Он работает внутри вас.
- Он инвестирует в тех, кто важен для Него, в том числе и в вас.
- В конечном счете, Он хочет видеть, как у нас развивается стремление к большему от Него.
- Из этого страстного желания проистекает желание и способность делать то, что Ему нравится.
