‘When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment, and plunged into the sea.’
- Simon Peter was ready to give up everything to get to the Lord.
- He left his boat and he left his friends to get to be with the Lord.
- In life there are so many things that hold us back from pursuing God.
- It’s time for some reckless abandon, as we follow HIM with all our hearts.
Prayer: Lord, I choose to put You first in my life. May the things of this world never have a greater hold on me than my desire for more of You. My heart says: ‘I will follow You first!’. Amen.

‘…En toe Simon Petrus hoor dat dit die Here is, gord hy sy bo-kleed om — want hy was naak — en werp homself in die see.’
- Simon Petrus was gereed om alles prys te gee om by die Here uit te kom.
- Hy het sy boot en sy vriende gelos om by die Here te kom.
- In die lewe is daar soveel dinge wat ons terughou om God te volg.
- Dit is tyd vir ‘n bietjie roekelose oorgawe, terwyl ons HOM met ons hele hart volg.
Gebed: Vader, ek kies om U eerste in my lewe te plaas. Mag die dinge van hierdie wêreld nooit ‘n groter houvas op my hê as my begeerte na meer van U nie. My hart sê: ‘Ek sal U eerste volg!’. Amen.

Allora il discepolo che Gesù amava disse a Pietro: «È il Signore!» Simon Pietro, udito che era il Signore, si cinse la veste, perché era nudo, e si gettò in mare.
- Simon Pietro era pronto a rinunciare a tutto per arrivare al Signore.
- Ha lasciato la Sua barca e ha lasciato i suoi amici per stare con il Signore.
- Nella vita ci sono così tante cose che ci impediscono di perseguire Dio.
- È tempo di abbandonarci completamente, mentre seguiamo LUI con tutto il nostro cuore.
Preghiera: Signore, scelgo di metterti al primo posto nella mia vita. Possano le cose di questo mondo non avere mai una presa su di me più grande del mio desiderio di avere di più da Te. Il mio cuore dice: “Ti seguirò per primo!”. Amen.

“එබැවින් යේසුස්වහන්සේ පේ්රම කල ගෝලයා පේත්රැස්ට කතාකොට: ඒ ස්වාමීන්වහන්සේ යයි කීවේය. එවිට සිමොන් පේත්රැස් ඒ ස්වාමීන්වහන්සේ බව අසා, තමා ඇඳුම් ගලවා සිටි බැවින් වස්ත්රයක් ඉණේ දවටාගෙන, මුහුදට පැන්නේය.”
- සයිමන් පීටර් සමිඳාණන් වහන්සේ වෙත යාමට සියල්ල අත්හැරීමට සූදානම් විය.
- ඔහු තම බෝට්ටුවෙන් පිටත් වූ අතර, ඔහු සමිඳාණන් වහන්සේ සමඟ සිටීමට ඔහුගේ මිතුරන් පවා හැර ගියේය.

යාච්ඤාව: ස්වාමීනි, මම ඔබවහන්සේට මගේ ජීවිතයේ මුල් තැන දීමට තීරණය කරමි. ඔබවහන්සේ කෙරෙහි ඇති මගේ ආශාවට වඩා මේ ලෝකයේ දේවල් කිසි විටෙකත් මා කෙරෙහි විශාල ග්රහණයක් නොවේවා. මගේ හදවත පවසන්නේ : ‘මම මුලින්ම ඔබ පසුපස එන්නම්!’. ආමෙන්.

- В жизни есть так много вещей, которые удерживают нас от стремления к Богу.
- Пришло время для какой-то безрассудной самоотдачи, поскольку мы следуем за НИМ всем своим сердцем.
Молитва: Господь, я решаю поставить Тебя на первое место в своей жизни. Пусть вещи этого мира никогда не будут иметь большей власти надо мной, чем мое желание иметь больше Тебя. Мое сердце говорит: “Я последую за Тобой первым!’. Аминь.
