Hebrews 13:6
So we can confidently say, ‘The Lord is my Helper. I will not be afraid.’
- What we say with our mouths is important.
- If we confess fear and doubt then we will experience fear and doubt.
- If we confess that the Lord will help us, we will see His help in our lives.
- Begin to speak faith and confidence in the Lord your Helper.
Prayer: Lord, today I declare, with confidence and conviction, that You are my Helper and I have nothing to fear. My hope and my expectation is in You and I know that You will help me and undertake in all the situations that concern me. Amen.

Hebreërs 13:6
Daarom kan ons met alle vrymoedigheid sê: Die Here is vir my ‘n Helper, en ek sal nie vrees nie;…’
- Wat ons met ons mond sê, is belangrik.
- As ons vrees en twyfel bely dan sal ons vrees en twyfel ervaar.
- As ons bely dat die Here ons sal help, sal ons Sy hulp in ons lewens sien.
- Begin om geloof en vertroue in die Here jou Helper te spreek.
Gebed: Vader, ek verklaar vandag met vertroue en oortuiging, dat U my Helper is en ek het niks om te vrees nie. My hoop en my verwagting is in U en ek weet dat U my sal help en sal onderneem in al die situasies waaroor ek besorgd is. Amen.

Così noi possiamo dire con piena fiducia: «Il Signore è il mio aiuto; non temerò. Che cosa potrà farmi l’uomo?»
- Ciò che diciamo con la bocca è importante.
- Se confessiamo paura e dubbio, allora sperimenteremo paura e dubbio.
- Se confessiamo che il Signore ci aiuterà, vedremo il Suo aiuto nella nostra vita.
- Inizia a parlare di fede e fiducia nel Signore tuo Aiuto.
Preghiera: Signore, oggi dichiaro, con fiducia e convinzione, che Tu sei il mio Aiuto e non ho nulla da temere. La mia speranza e la mia aspettativa sono in Te e so che mi aiuterai e Ti prenderai cura di tutte le situazioni che mi riguardano. Amen.
