‘You have been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat.’

- He knows how to handle lack, distress and the heat and storms of life.
- He provides the strength, the refuge and the protection you need.
- He brings life and hope into our situations and circumstances.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that You are all I need. You know every struggle that I am facing and You know the solution in every situation of life. I look to You and to Your mighty strength. Amen.

‘Want U was ‘n vesting vir die arme, ‘n vesting vir die behoeftige toe hy benoud was; ‘n skuilplek teen die stortreën, ‘n skaduwee teen die hitte…’
- Maak nie saak wat jy moet aandurf nie, die Here is presies Wie jy nodig het.
- Hy weet hoe om gebrek, nood en die hitte en storms van die lewe te hanteer.

- Hy bring lewe en hoop in ons situasies en omstandighede.
Gebed: Vader, dankie dat U al is wat ek nodig het. U ken elke probleem wat ek moet hanteer en U ken die oplossing in elke situasie van die lewe. Ek maak staat op U en U magtige krag. Amen.

perché tu sei stato una fortezza per il povero, una fortezza per l’indifeso nella sua angoscia, un rifugio contro la tempesta, un’ombra contro l’arsura; poiché il soffio dei tiranni era come una tempesta che batte la muraglia.
- Qualunque cosa tu stia affrontando, il Signore è esattamente Colui di cui hai bisogno.
- Lui sa come affrontare la mancanza, l’angoscia, il caldo e le tempeste della vita.
- Lui fornisce la forza, il rifugio e la protezione di cui hai bisogno.
- Porta vita e speranza nelle nostre situazioni e circostanze.
Preghiera: Signore, grazie perché Sei tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno. Tu conosci ogni difficoltà che sto affrontando e conosci la soluzione in ogni situazione della vita. Confido in Te e nella Tua potente forza. Amen.
