‘Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up in honour.’
- It’s important to remember our limitations and our need for God.
- As we recognise how dependent we are on God, He steps into our lives.
- As a result of our humility and dependence on Him, He lifts us up.
- Those who humble themselves will be lifted up by God.
Prayer: Lord, I want to take this moment to deliberately submit myself to You. I recognise Your authority and my dependence on You. Thank You for the promise that You will come and lift me up as I trust and rely on You. Amen.
