Matthew 11:28

‘Come to Me, all who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest.’

• You can know what it is to be relieved of the burdens you carry.
• He is here for you, to lift and remove the weight.
• When the load is just too much, you can approach Him.
• Just come, He will give you rest.

Prayer: Lord, the load is sometimes just more than I can bear. I need the rest that only You can give and so I come to You right now to lay my burdens down. Amen.

Kom na My toe, almal wat bemoeid en belas is, en Ek sal julle rus gee.

• Jy kan weet wat dit is om van al jou laste ontslae te wees.
• Hy is hier vir jou, om die gewig van jou af te lig.
• Wanneer die vrag net te veel vir jou is kan jy Hom nader.
• Kom net, Hy sal vir jou rus gee.

Gebed: Vader, die vrag is soms net meer as wat ek kan verduur. Ek het die rus nodig wat net U kan gee en daarom kom ek nou na U toe om my laste aan U voete neer te lê. Amen.
