Psalm 34:5
‘Those who look to Him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.’
- Who are you looking to for your help today?
- Remember, your help comes from the Lord and no one else.
- He will come through for you.
- You will be able to rejoice and your face will show it!
Prayer: Lord, I declare that You are my source. I look to You for the help that I need, knowing that You have my best interests at heart. Amen.

Hulle het Hom aangesien en gestraal van vreugde, en hulle aangesig hoef nie rooi van skaamte te word nie.
- Wie nader jy vandag vir hulp?.
- Onthou, jou hulp kom van die Here en van niemand anders nie.
- Hy sal jou nie faal nie.
- Jy sal kan verheug wees en jou gesig sal dit wys!
Gebed: Vader, ek verklaar dat U my bron is. Ek roep U aan vir die hulp wat ek nodig het, wetende dat U altyd net my beste belange op die hart dra. Amen.
