Psalm 27:5
‘In the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; He shall set me up upon a rock.’
- You can find a refuge with God in times of trouble.
- When the world seems as if it is against you, He is not.
- When you face challenges on every side, He is still with you.
- He is the rock and He remains your final refuge, NAME.
Prayer: Lord, may my soul find rest in You alone. May the fact that You are my rock carry me through the storms and the challenges of life! Amen.

Want Hy steek my weg in sy hut in die dag van onheil; Hy verberg my in die skuilplek van sy tent; Hy verhef my op ‘n rots.
- Jy kan in tye van moeilikheid skuiling by God vind.
- Wanneer dit voel of die wêreld teen jou is, is Hy nie.
- Wanneer uitdagings van alle kante kom, is Hy nog met jou.
- Hy is die rots en Hy is jou finale skuilplek.
Gebed: Vader, mag my siel rus vind in U alleen. Mag die feit dat U my rots is, my deur die storms en uitdagings van die lewe, dra! Amen.

因 为 我 遭 遇 患 难 ， 他 必 暗 暗 地 保 守 我 ； 在 他 亭 子 里 ， 把 我 藏 在 他 帐 幕 的 隐 密 处 ， 将 我 高 举 在 磐 石 上 。
- 遭遇患难的时刻你可以在神那里找到一个避难所。
- 就算全世界看起来都敌挡你，但神却不会。
- 当你的每个环境都面临挑战的时候，祂依然与你同在。
- 祂是你的磐石，并且祂为你持守最后的堡垒。
祷告：主，愿我的心只在祢那里找到安息。愿你是我磐石的这个事实帮助我经过人生的风暴和挑战! 阿门。
