Matthew 6:34

‘Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.’

• The future can be both exciting and daunting.
• Fortunately the future only comes one day at a time.
• We can manage each day, as it comes, as God strengthens us.
• Do not have one anxious thought for the future.

Prayer: Lord, forgive me for allowing fear and anxiety into my heart and life. You hold the future in Your hands and that gives me the confidence I need today. Amen.

Kwel julle dus nie oor môre nie, want môre sal hom oor sy eie dinge kwel. Elke dag het genoeg aan sy eie kwaad.

• Die toekoms kan albei opwindend of skrikwekkend wees.
• Gelukkig kom die toekoms net een dag op ‘n slag.
• Met die krag wat God ons gee kan ons elke nuwe dag hanteer.
• Moet jou nie oor die toekoms kwel nie.

Gebed: Vader, vergewe dat ek vrees en bekommernis in my hart en in my lewe toelaat. U hou die toekoms in U hande en dit gee my die vertroue vir hierdie dag. Amen.

• 未来可以既令人兴奋又使人沮丧。
