Psalm 40:5
‘Many, LORD my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us. None can compare with You; were I to speak and tell of Your deeds, they would be too many to declare.’
- This is the time when we remember the great things that God has done for us.
- We remember how He sent is Son as a gift to all humanity.
- We also remember is faithfulness to us as individuals.
- And we celebrate and look forward to His blessing in the future.
Prayer: Lord, this is truly such a wonderful time of the year. We remind ourselves of Your faithfulness and goodness to us in the past and we look forward with expectant anticipation. Amen.

Psalm 40:6
Groot dinge het U gedoen, HERE my God – u wonders en gedagtes vir ons; niemand kan met U vergelyk word nie. Wil ek dit verkondig en uitspreek, dan is dit te veel om te vertel
- Hierdie is die tyd wanneer ons die groot dinge onthou wat God vir ons gedoen het.
- Ons onthou hoe Hy sy Seun as ‘n geskenk vir die mensdom gestuur het.
- Ons onthou ook Sy getrouheid aan elkeen van ons.
- En ons vier en sien uit na Sy seën in die toekoms.
Gebed: Here, hierdie is waarlik so ‘n wonderlike tyd van die jaar. Ons herinner onsself van U getrouheid en goedheid teenoor ons in die verlede en ons sien uit na die toekoms met groot verwagting. Amen.

耶和华我的神啊，你所行的奇事，并你向我们所怀的意念甚多，不能向你陈明。若要陈明，其事不可胜数。
- 现在就是我们记念神为我们所成就的一切事的时候。
- 让我们牢记祂如何把自己的独生子作为礼物差遣给人类。
- 也让我们牢记祂如何信实地对待我们每一个人。
- 而且我们要庆祝并期待祂在未来赐下的祝福。
祷告：主，现在正是今年如此奇妙的时刻。我们记得过去祢曾赐下的一切信实和好处，并且满怀期待地步入未来。阿门
