Psalm 91:1
‘He that dwells in the secret place (shelter) of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.’
– We have the opportunity to ‘dwell’ in Him.
– The word dwell is a verb – it is something we need to do.
– The word dwell means to ‘sit’ or ‘remain’.
– He, the Lord, is your secret place.
Prayer: Lord, You are my secret place. It is my express purpose and desire to live within that place and to know Your presence in my daily life. Amen.

‘Hy wat in die skuilplek van die Allerhoogste sit, sal vernag in die skaduwee van die Almagtige.’
– Ons het die geleentheid om in Hom te ‘sit’.
– Die woord sit is ‘n werkwoord – dit is iets wat ons moet doen.
– Die word ‘sit’ beteken dat ons daar talm.
– Hy, die Here, is jou skuilplek (geheime plek).
Gebed: Vader, U is my skuilplek. Dit is my beslisde doel en begeerte om in daardie plek te woon en om U teenwoordigheid in my daaglikse lewe te ervaar. Amen.

‘Señor, tú has sido nuestro refugio generación tras generación.’
– Has de Él tu refugio.
– Encuentra lo que estás buscando en Él.
– No te alejes de Él.
– Mantente, refúgiate, quédate, espera y no sueltes tu posición junto a Él.
– Permite que tu corazón sea un lugar de Dios que te dé refugio.
Oración: Señor, quiero disfrutar de tu compañía en mi vida. Tú eres el Dios Todopoderoso y te busco para todas mis necesidades. Amén.
