John 6:68
‘Peter answered Him, ‘Lord, to what person could we go? Your words give eternal life.’
– Often we can look to the wrong things for the help that we need.
– The Lord is the One to whom we should always turn.
– There is no guarantee that the ‘words of men’ will lead to success.
– By with God, we have a sure foundation, so let us always run to Him.
Prayer: Lord, forgive me for sometimes looking in the wrong places for the help I need each day. I declare that You are the source of life and therefore in You I find all I need and long for. Amen.

‘En Simon Petrus antwoord Hom: Here, na wie toe sal ons gaan? U het die woorde van die ewige lewe.’
– Ons vertrou dikwels op die verkeerde dinge vir die hulp wat ons nodig het.
– Ons moet altyd na God toe gaan vir hulp.
– Daar is geen waarborg dat die ‘woorde van mense’ tot sukses sal lei nie.
– By God het ons ‘n sekere fondasie so kom ons roep Hom altyd aan.
Gebed: Vader, vergewe my dat ek soms op die verkeerde plekke soek na die hulp wat ek elke dag nodig het. Ek verklaar dat U die bron van die lewe is en daarom sal ek alles wat ek nodig het en waarna ek verlang, in U vind. Amen.

– 我们常常透过错误的人事物来满足我们的需要。
– 主才是我们应该一直回转的那位。
– 没有任何保证从人来的话语可以指向成功。
– 但若与神同在，我们就有一个坚定的根基，所以让我们常常回转向祂！
祷告：主，请原谅我有时会转向错误的地方寻求我每日的帮助。我宣告祢才是生命的源头，所以在祢里面我找到自己一切的所需所求。阿门

‘Pedro le respondió —Señor —contestó Simón Pedro—, ¿a quién iremos? Tú tienes palabras de vida eterna.’
– Muchas veces buscamos en los lugares equivocados para conseguir la ayuda que necesitamos.
– El Señor es a donde debemos siempre recurrir.
– No hay garantía de que las “palabras de los hombres” nos conduzcan al éxito.
– Pero en Dios tenemos un fundamente seguro, así pues, recurramos siempre a Él.
Oración: Señor, perdóname porque algunas veces he buscado en los lugares equivocados por la ayuda que necesito cada día. Declaro que Tú eres la fuente de la vida y por eso es en Ti que encontraré toda la ayuda que necesito. Amén.
