Psalm 86:7
‘I will call to You whenever trouble strikes, and You will help me.’
– We all face times when trouble seem to come out of nowhere.
– Such seasons offer us an unusual opportunity to call on God.
– If this is the case, the Lord invites and encourages you to call on Him.
– And based on His word, He undertakes to hear and help you.
Prayer: Lord, I realize that I too face times of trouble. But I also recognize that in those times You do not abandon me, but You encourage me to call on You. I call on You right now. Amen.

‘In die dag van my benoudheid roep ek U aan, want U verhoor my.’
– Ons het almal tye wanneer probleme sommer uit die niet verskyn
– Sulke seisoene bied ons besonderse geleenthede aan om God aan te roep.
– As dit met jou gebeur, nooi die Here jou uit en moedig Hy jou aan om Hom aan te roep.
– En gebasseer op Sy woord, onderneem Hy om te hoor en om jou te help.
Gebed: Here, ek besef dat ek ook moeilike tye deurgaan. Maar ek besef ook dat in sulke tye los U my nie alleen nie, U moedig my aan om U aan te roep. Ek roep U nou aan. Amen.

‘En el día de mi angustia te invoco,porque tú me respondes.’
– Todos tenemos momentos en los cuales los problemas parecieran surgir de la nada.
– Esas ocasiones, nos ofrecen una inusual oportunidad para invocar a Dios.
– Si estás en esta situación, el Señor te invita y te alienta a pedirle ayuda.
– Y basado en Su palabra, Él se compromete a escucharte y a ayudarte.
Oración: Señor, me doy cuenta de que yo también atravieso tempos de angustia. Pero también reconozco que en esos tiempos Tú no me abandonas, más bien, me alientas a que te pida ayuda. Te pido ayuda ahora mismo. Amén.

我在患难之日要求告你，因为你必应允我。
– 我们都会面临不经意的麻烦从不知道什么地方冒出来的时候。
– 这样的季节给我们提供了一个不寻常的机会去求告主。
– 如果现在正是这样的话，神邀请和鼓励你去寻求神。
– 基于神的话语，祂要负责垂听和帮助你。
祷告：主，我意识到我要面临困扰，但我也明白在那些时日当中祢并没有撇弃我，不但如此祢还鼓励我来求告祢。我现在就要来求告祢。
