Acts 3:19
‘Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.’
– The Lord has got seasons and times of refreshing in store for us.
– As we turn to Him and deal with any blockages, refreshing can come.
– When we are refreshed our strength is restored and we are revived.
– Receive the refreshing that He has for you.
Prayer: Lord, forgive me for those things that stop the flow of Your refreshing in my life. Come now, oh Lord and refresh and strengthen me I pray. Amen.

‘Kom dan tot inkeer en bekeer julle, sodat julle sondes uitgewis kan word en tye van verkwikking van die aangesig van die Here mag kom.’
– Die Here het seisoene en tye van verkwikking vir ons voorberei.
– As ons tot Hom draai en blokkasies uitwis kan verkwikking kom.
– Wanneer ons verkwik word, word ons krag vernuwe en ons is opgewek.
– Ontvang die verkwikking wat Hy vir jou het.
Gebed: Vader, vergewe my vir daardie dinge wat die vloei van U verkwikking na my lewe keer. Kom nou, o Here en verfris en versterk my, dit bid ek. Amen.

‘Por tanto, para que sean borrados sus pecados, arrepiéntanse y vuélvanse a Dios, a fin de que vengan tiempos de descanso de parte del Señor.’
– El Señor tiene estaciones y tiempos refrescantes reservados para nosotros.
– Cuando nos volvemos hacia Él y luchamos contra cualquier cosa que nos bloquee, el aliento refrescante vendrá.
– Cuando nos alienta, nuestras fuerzas son restauradas y revividas.
– Recibe el aliento refrescante que Él tiene para ustedes. Amén.
