Isaiah 60:19
‘The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.’
– We should live in dependence on God.
– We should depend on Him more than the physical aspects of life.
– He should be more real to us than the person sitting next to us.
– He should be our delight and our glory.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that I can depend on You, because You are more faithful than the sun and the moon which appear without fail. Amen.

‘Die son sal bedags jou lig nie meer wees nie, en as glans sal die maan vir jou geen skynsel gee nie; maar die HERE sal vir jou wees ‘n ewige lig, en jou God sal jou sieraad wees.’
– Ons behoort te lewe in afhanklikheid op God.
– Ons behoort meer op Hom te vertrou as op die fisiese aspekte van die lewe.
– Hy behoort vir ons meer werklik te wees as die persoon wat langs ons sit.
– Hy behoort ons vreugde en ons eer te wees.
Gebed: Vader, dankie dat ek op U kan vertrou, want U is meer betroubaar as die son en die maan wat altyd verskryn sonder om te faal. Amen.

‘Ya no será el sol tu luz durante el día, ni con su resplandor te alumbrará la luna, porque el Señor será tu luz eterna, tu Dios será tu gloria.’
– Debemos vivir en dependencia hacia Dios.
– Debemos depender de Él más que en los aspectos físicos de nuestra vida.
– Él debe ser más real para nosotros que la persona que está sentada junto a nosotros.
– Él debería ser nuestro gozo y nuestra Gloria.
Oración: Señor, te agradezco que puedo depender de Ti, porque Tú eres más fiel que el sol y la luna que siempre aparecen sin fallar. Amén.
