Acts 1:7
He said to them, ‘It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by His own authority.’
- The timing of God can be one the biggest things to come to terms with.
- We live in an ‘instant’ society and we want to see things happen immediately.
- His timing and His seasons are in His hands.
- If you are trusting for something specific, rest, knowing that He will do it in His time.
Prayer: Lord, sometimes I am in a hurry to see Your promises and words to me fulfilled. At the same time I recognise that Your timing is always perfect. I choose to trust You and Your timing in my situation. Amen.

‘En Hy antwoord hulle: Dit kom julle nie toe om die tye of geleenthede te weet wat die Vader deur sy eie mag bepaal het nie;’
- God se tyd kan een van die grootste dinge wees waarmee ons moet saamlewe.
- Ons lewe in ‘n ‘kits’ gemeenskap en ons wil sien dat dinge dadelik gebeur.
- Sy tyd en Sy seisoene is in Sy hande.
- As jy spesifiek vir iets vertrou, rus, wetende dat Hy dit in Sy tyd sal doen.
Gebed: Vader, ek is soms haastig om te sien dat U beloftes en woorde aan my vervul moet word. Terselfdertyd herken ek dat U tydsberekening altyd perfek is. Ek kies om U en U tydsberekening in my situasie te vertrou. Amen.

“—No les toca a ustedes conocer la hora ni el momento determinados por la autoridad misma del Padre —les contestó Jesús—.”
- Los tiempos de Dios pueden ser una de las cosas más difíciles con las cuales tenemos que amigarnos.
- Vivimos en la sociedad del “ahora mismo”, y por ellos queremos que las cosas ocurran inmediatamente.
- Su tiempo y sus estaciones están es Sus manos.
- Si estás confiándole algo específico, descansa, sabiendo que Él lo hará en Su tiempo.
Oración: Señor, algunas veces estoy apurado por ver tus promesas y tus palabras cumplirse en mi vida. Al mismo tiempo, reconozco que Tu tiempo es perfecto. Elijo confiar en Ti y en Tu tiempo en mi situación. Amén.
