Nehemiah 2:4
Then the king said to me, ‘What would you request?’ So I prayed to the God of heaven.
- The Lord is the One who wants to open doors for us and give us favour.
- Nehemiah found favour with a foreign king.
- We can find favour in difficult situations with God’s help.
- Make prayer a vital part of your daily life and see what He will do!
Prayer: Lord, You know every situation and circumstance that I am facing at this time. I pray right now and ask You to intervene and may I experience Your favour in my situation. Amen.

‘Daarop vra die koning my: Wat is dan jou begeerte? En ek het tot die God van die hemel gebid’
- Die Here is die Een wat deure vir ons wil open en vir ons guns wil gee.
- Nehemia het guns by ‘n vreemde koning gevind.
- Ons kan guns in moeilike situasies met God se hulp vind.
- Maak gebed ‘n noodsaaklike deel van jou daaglikse lewe en kyk wat Hy sal doen!
Gebed: Vader, U weet van elke situasie en omstandigheid waarin ek my tans vind. Ek bid nou en vra dat U sal ingryp en mag ek U guns in my situasie ondervind. Amen.
