Psalm 18:6

‘In my distress I cried out to the LORD; yes, I prayed to my God for help. He heard me from His sanctuary; my cry to Him reached His ears.’

• We must never hesitate or delay in calling out to the Lord when in need.
• In the brief record of our lives, we should be remembered for calling out to God.
• Let your life be an example to others of someone who turns to the Lord for help.
• When we turn to Him, there is no knowing what miracle He will do.

Prayer: Lord, right here, in the midst of the situation I am facing, I turn to You. With man, things may be impossible, but with You, O Lord, all things are possible. Amen.

Psalm 18:7

‘Toe ek benoud was, het ek die HERE aangeroep, en ek het tot my God geroep om hulp; Hy het my stem uit sy paleis gehoor, en my hulpgeroep voor sy aangesig het in sy ore gekom.’

• Ons moet nooit aarsel of uitstel om die Here in ons nood aan te roep nie.
• In die kort getuigskrif van ons lewens, moet ons onthou word omdat ons God aangeroep het.
• Laat jou lewe ‘n voorbeeld wees van iemand wat vir hulp op die Here vertrou het.
• Wanneer ons Hom aanroep weet niemand watter wonderwerk Hy sal doen nie.

Gebed: Vader, hier, midde van my huidige situasie, roep ek U aan. Met die mensdom, mag dinge onmoontlik wees, maar met U, o Here, is alle dinge moontlik. Amen.
