‘Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith…’

• We live in a world of constant distraction that tries to undermine our progress.
• It is easy to become distracted and take our eyes off the ball.
• As we focus (fix) our attention on the Lord, He can work in our lives.
• When He works in our lives, He takes us from strength to strength.

Prayer: Lord, help me not be become distracted from what is truly important. May I fix my eyes on You so that I will not be moved by what is going on around me. Amen.

‘die oog gevestig op Jesus, die Leidsman en Voleinder van die geloof, …’

• Ons lewe in ‘n wêreld van konstante afleiding wat ons vordering probeer ondermyn.
• Dit is maklik om afgelei te word en om ons oë van die doel af te wend.
• Terwyl ons ons aandag op die Here vestig, kan Hy in ons lewens werk.
• Wanneer Hy in ons lewens werk, neem Hy ons van krag tot krag.

Gebed: Vader, help my om nie afgelei te word van wat werklik belangrik is nie. Mag ek my oë op U vestig, sodat ek nie geraak sal word deur wat om my aangaan nie. Amen.

“Fijemos la mirada en Jesús, el iniciador y perfeccionador de nuestra fe.”

• Vivimos en un mundo de constante distracción que intenta minar nuestro progreso.
• Es fácil distraerse y apartar la vista de la pelota.
• A medida que enfocamos (fijamos) nuestra atención en el Señor, Él puede obrar en nuestras vidas.
• Cuando obra en nuestras vidas, nos lleva de fortaleza en fortaleza.

Oración: Señor, ayúdame a no distraerme de lo que es verdaderamente importante. Que pueda fijar mis ojos en ti para que no me conmueva lo que sucede a mi alrededor. Amén.

• Nous vivons dans un monde de distraction constante qui cherche à saper nos efforts.
• Il est facile d’être distrait et de détourner les yeux sur le ballon.
• L’Éternel peut œuvrer dans nos vies alors que nous fixons nos yeux sur Lui.
• Il nous fait aller de succès en succès lorsqu’ Il œuvre dans nos vies. 

Prière: Seigneur,aide-moi à ne pas être distrait (e) par des choses qui n’ont aucune importance. Puis-je fixer mes yeux sur Toi afin que je ne regarde pas ce qui se passe autour de moi.  Amen.

fissando lo sguardo su Gesú, colui che crea la fede e la rende perfetta. Per la gioia che gli era posta dinanzi egli sopportò la croce, disprezzando l’infamia, e si è seduto alla destra del trono di Dio.

• Viviamo in un mondo di costante distrazione che cerca di minare i nostri progressi.
• È facile distrarsi e distogliere lo sguardo dalla palla.
• Quando concentriamo (fissiamo) la nostra attenzione sul Signore, Egli può operare nella nostra vita.
• Quando opera nella nostra vita, ci porta a essere più forti.

Preghiera: Signore, aiutami a non distrarmi da ciò che è veramente importante.  Possa io fissare i miei occhi su di Te per non essere distratto da ciò che sta accadendo intorno a me.  Amen.

• අපි ජීවත් වන්නේ අපේ දියුණුවට බාධා පමුණුවන නිරන්තර අවධානය වෙනතකට යොමු කරන ලෝකයකය.
• අවධානය වෙනතකට යොමු වී අපේ ඇස් ඉලක්කන්  ඉවතට වීම පහසුය.
• සමිඳාණන් වහන්සේ කෙරෙහි අපගේ අවධානය යොමු කරන විට (අපේක්‍ෂාව නිවැරදි කරන විට) උන්වහන්සේට  අපේ ජීවිතයේ ක්‍රියා කළ හැකිය.
• උන්වහන්සේ අපේ ජීවිතයේ වැඩ කරන විට, උන්වහන්සේ  අපව ශක්තියෙන් ශක්තියට ගෙන යනසේක.

යාච්ඤාව: ස්වාමීනි, ඇත්තෙන්ම වැදගත් දෙයින් අවධානය වෙනතකට යොමු නොවීමට මට උදව් කරන්න. මා වටා සිදුවන දේ ගැන නොසිතෙන පරිදි මම ඔබ දෙස ඇස් යොමු කරමි.ආමේන්.
