‘God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble.’
- The concept of God as our Helper is found throughout the Bible.
- His Word tells us that the Lord is our help.
- He is an ever-present help throughout our earthly journey.
- In times of trouble, we can know this fact as a living joy and reality.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for this great truth that can strengthen and support my faith and trust in You. I choose to stand on this foundation that You are my Helper. Right now, You are with me to help me and to lift me up. Amen.

‘God is vir ons ‘n toevlug en sterkte; as hulp in benoudhede is Hy in hoë mate beproef.’

- Sy Woord sê vir ons dat die Here ons hulp is.
- Hy is ‘n alomteenwordige hulp gedurende ons aardse reis.
- In moeilike tye kan ons hierdie feit as ‘n lewende vreugde en werlikheid ken.
Gebed: Vader, dankie vir hierdie groot waarheid wat my geloof en vertroue in U kan versterk en ondersteun. Ek kies om op hierdie fondament te staan dat U my Helper is. U is op die oomblik by my om my te help en om my op te hef. Amen.

“Dios es nuestro amparo y nuestra fortaleza, nuestra ayuda segura en momentos de angustia.”
- El concepto de Dios como nuestro Ayudador se encuentra en toda la Biblia.

- Il est un secours qui ne manquera jamais tout au long de notre parcours.
- Nous pouvons connaître ce fait comme une joie et une réalité vivante dans la détresse.
Prière: Seigneur, merci pour cette vérité qui me fortifie,qui fortifie ma foi et me donne une assurance en Toi. Je choisis de m’appuyer sur ce fondement que Tu es mon secours .Tu es avec moi maintenant pour me secourir et pour me relever. Amen.
