1 Corinthians 1:27
‘But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty.’
- The Lord works in completely different ways to the ways of man.
- Man may think he is wise and mighty, but God is so much greater.
- He uses foolish things and weak things to achieve His great plans and purposes.
- If we will place ourselves at His disposal, He will use us.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that You choose to use the weak and the foolish to confound those who think they know or think they are mighty. I humbly place my life in Your hands and ask that You would use me for Your purposes. Amen.

‘maar wat dwaas is by die wêreld, het God uitverkies om die wyse te beskaam; en wat swak is by die wêreld, het God uitverkies om wat sterk is, te beskaam;’
- Die Here werk totaal anders as wat mense sou werk.
- Die mens mag dink hy is wys en kragtig, maar God is soveel magtiger.
- Hy gebruik dwaas en swak dinge om Sy groot planne en doele te bereik.
- As ons, onsself tot sy diens sal plaas, sal Hy ons gebruik.
Gebed: Vader, dankie dat U kies om die swak en die dwaas te gebruik om die wat dink hulle is magitg, te beskaam. Ek plaas, nederig, my lewe in U hande en vra dat U my vir U planne sal gebruik. Amen.

“Pero Dios escogió lo insensato del mundo para avergonzar a los sabios, y escogió lo débil del mundo para avergonzar a los poderosos.”
- El Señor trabaja de una manera totalmente diferente a la de los hombres.
- El hombre puede creerse sabio y poderoso, pero Dios lo es mucho más.
- Él usa las cosas más pequeñas y débiles para lograr sus planes y propósitos.
- Si nos ponemos a Su disposición, Él nos usará.
Oración: eñor, gracias porque Tú usas lo pequeño y lo débil para confundir a aquellos que son o se creen poderosos. Humildemente pongo mi vida en Tus manos para que Tú me utilices para tus planes y propósitos. Amén.

- Dieu agit de manière complètement defférente de celle des hommes
- L’homme se croit sage et fort, mais Dieu est encore plus grand que lui.
- Il utilise les choses folles et faibles pour réaliser ses grands plans et ses objectifs
- Il nous utilisera si nous nous mettons à sa disposition
Prière: Seigneur, merci car Tu a choisi les choses folles du monde pour confondre ceux qui pensent être sages et puissants. Je place ma vie en toute humilité entre Tes mains et je prie que Tu m’utilses pour Ta gloire. Amen

- Ginagamit Niya ang mga hangal at mahinang bagay para marating ang Kanyang mahusay na plano at layunin.

- I modi di agire del Signore sono completamente diversi dai modi di agire degli uomini.
- Una persona può pensare di essere saggia e potente, ma Dio è molto più grande.
- Dio usa le cose folli e le cose deboli per compiere i Suoi grandi piani e propositi.
- Se ci metteremo a Sua disposizione Egli ci userà.
Preghiera: Signore, grazie che hai scelto di usare i deboli e gli stolti per sconcertare coloro che pensano di sapere tutto o che pensano di essere potenti. Metto umilmente la mia vita nelle Tue mani e chiedo che Tu possa usarmi per i Tuoi propositi. Amen.
