‘My peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid.’
- The Lord wants to give you His gift of peace today.
- There is so much happening that can rob us of our peace.
- He comes to reassure us and He says: ‘Do not let your hearts be troubled!’
- Give Him your fearful and troubled heart, and receive His gift of peace.
Prayer: Lord, today I take my troubled, concerned and fearful heart and I place it at Your feet. In exchange, I receive the peace which passes all understanding and the peace that You give to me. Amen.

‘Vrede laat Ek vir julle na, My vrede gee Ek aan julle; nie soos die wêreld gee, gee Ek aan julle nie. Laat julle hart nie ontsteld word en bang wees nie.’

- Daar gebeur soveel wat ons van ons vrede kan beroof.
- Hy kom ons gerus stel en sê: ‘Moenie dat julle harte ontsteld raak nie!
- Gee Hom jou bevreesde en onrustige hart en ontvang Sy geskenk van vrede.
Gebed: Vader, ek neem vandag my ontstelde, besorgde en beangste hart en lê dit aan U voete neer. In ruil ontvang ek die vrede wat alle verstand te bowe gaan en die vrede wat U aan my gee. Amen.

- Il y a tellement de choses qui se passent autour de nous qui peuvent facilement nous voler la paix.
- Il vient nous rassurer et dit: que votre cœur ne se trouble point.
- Donnez-Lui votre cœur craintif et troublé et recevez Son don de la paix.
Prière: Seigneur,je dépose aujourd’hui à Tes pieds mon cœur inquiet, troublé et craintif et je reçois en retour Ta paix qui dépasse toute entendement et la paix que Tu me donnes. Amen.
