‘Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.’
- The life that God has for you is so much more than what the world offers.
- He knows what you really need and He wants to give you His rest.
- Let us submit our lives to Him and learn from Him.
- As we follow Him and abide in Him, He will give rest for our souls.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for the offer and the gift of rest that You make available to me. I am so grateful to know that You know exactly what I need the most. As I follow and learn from You, may I experience the rest that only You can give. Amen.

‘Neem My juk op julle en leer van My, want Ek is sagmoedig en nederig van hart, en julle sal rus vind vir julle siele.’
- Die lewe wat God vir jou het, is soveel meer as wat die wêreld bied.
- Hy weet wat jy waarlik nodig het en Hy wil vir jou Sy rus gee.
- Kom ons onderwerp ons lewens aan Hom en leer van Hom.
- Waar ons Hom volg en in Hom bly, sal ons rus vir ons siele vind.
Gebed: Vader, dankie vir die aanbod en die gawe van rus wat U aan my beskikbaar stel. Ek is so dankbaar om te weet dat U presies weet wat ek die nodigste het. Waar ek U volg en van U leer, mag ek die rus vind wat net U kan gee. Amen.

- Comme nous Le suivons et demeurons en Lui, Il nous donnera du repos pour nos âmes.

- Sottoponiamo la nostra vita a Lui e impariamo da Lui.
- Se Lo seguiamo e dimoriamo in Lui, Egli darà riposo alle nostre anime.
