Psalm 78:35
‘And they remembered that God was their Rock, And the Most High God their Redeemer.’
- Sometimes we have to pause and remind ourselves about what is the truth.
- The truth is that the Lord is your Rock.
- When everything looks like sinking sand, we have a Rock on which to stand.
- Stand on Christ, He is your solid Rock and He will not be moved.
Prayer: Lord, I take this moment and pause to remember and remind myself that You are my Rock and Redeemer. I lift up my eyes and I turn my gaze towards You. Amen.

‘en hulle het daaraan gedink dat God hul rots was en God, die Allerhoogste, , hul verlosser.’
- Ons moet soms wag en onsself herinner wat die waarheid is.
- Die waarheid is dat die Here jou Rots is.
- Wanneer alles lyk soos dryfsand, het ons ‘n Rots om op te staan.
- Staan op Christus, Hy is jou vaste Rots en Hy sal nie beweeg word nie.
Gebed: Vader, ek neem hierdie oomblik om te onthou en myself te herinner dat U my Rots en Verlosser is. Ek vestig my oë op U. Amen.

- Lorsque tout devient comme du sable mouvant, nous avons un Rocher sur lequel nous mettre debout.
- Reste debout en Christ, Il est ton Rocher solide et Il ne va pas mouvoir.
