‘The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer.’
- The Lord is your Rock – the firm place on which you can stand.
- The Lord is your Fortress – the safe place where you can feel secure.
- The Lord is your Deliverer – the one who rescues you from trouble.
- He is all you need. Find your strength and security in Him.
Prayer: Lord, You are my rock, You are my fortress and You are my deliverer. I will trust and not be afraid. I will abide in Your peace and not be impatient. Amen.

- Die Here is jou rots – die plek waarop jy kan vasstaan.
- Die Here is jou bergvesting – die veilige plek waar jy sekuur kan voel.
- Die Here is jou Redder – die Een wat jou red uit die moeilikheid.
- Hy is al wat jy nodig het. Vind jou strerkte en sekuriteit in Hom.
Gebed: Vader, U is my rots. U is my veiligevesting en U is my Verlosser. Ek wil vertrou en nie bevrees wees nie. Ek sal in U vrede wag en nie ogeduldig wees nie. Amen.

“El Señor es mi roca, mi amparo, mi libertador.”
- El Señor es tu Roca – el sitio firme en el cual te puedes parar.
- El Señor es tu Fortaleza – el lugar seguro en donde te puedes sentir protegido.
- El Señor es tu libertador – Aquel que te rescata cuando tienes problemas.
- Él es todo lo que necesitas. Encuentra tu fuerza y tu seguridad en Él.
Oración: Señor, Tú eres mi Roca, Tú eres mi Fortaleza y Tú eres mi Libertador. Confiaré y no temeré. Permaneceré en tu Paz y no seré impaciente. Amén.

- Il est tout ce dont tu as besoin. Trouve ta force et ta sécurité en Lui

- Ang Panginoon ay ang iyong Tagapagligtas – Siya ang mag sasalba sa iyong mga problema.
- Siya lamang ang iyong kailangan, Hanapin ang iyong lakas kaligtasan sa Kanya.
