‘Young man,’ HE said, ‘I tell you, get up.’
- The Lord can bring life into hopeless and desperate situations.
- He can breathe new life into your heart and soul.
- Perhaps circumstances, or the challenges of this year, have brought you down.
- It is time to get up, pick up the pieces, and receive His faithfulness towards you.
Prayer: Lord, with Your help and Your strength, I will arise and I will walk in the light of Your favour and blessing. Breathe new life into me, I pray, and may I know that You are with me and I will step forward with confidence in You. Amen.

- Die Here kan lewe in hopelose en desperate situasies, bring.
- Hy kan nuwe lewe in jou hart en siel inasem.
- Miskien het omstandighede, of die uitdagings van hierdie jaar, jou teneergedrukt gemaak.
- Dit is tyd om op te staan, die stukkies op te tel en Sy trou teenoor jou te ontvang.
Gebed: Vader, met U hulp en U krag sal ek opstaan en lewe in die lig van U guns en seën. Ek bid dat U nuwe lewe in my sal inasem en mag ek weet dat U met my is en ek sal met vertroue in U, vorentoe tree. Amen.

- L’Éternel peut apporter la vie dans une situation désespérée.
- Il peut insuffler une vie nouvelle dans ton cœur et ton âme.
- Il se peut qu’il ait eu des circonstances ou des challenges en cette année,qui t’ont amené vers le bas.
- Il est temps de se lever, de ramasser les pots cassés,et recevoir Sa fidélité.
Prière: Seigneur, avec Ton aide et Ta force, je me lèverai et marcherai dans la lumière de Ta faveur et de Ta bénédiction. Insuffle une nouvelle vie en moi, puis-je savoir que Tu es avec moi, je prie, et j’avancerai vers Toi avec confiance. Amen.

- Il Signore può portare la vita in situazioni disperate e senza speranza.
- Può infondere nuova vita al tuo cuore e alla tua anima.
- Forse le circostanze o le sfide di quest’anno, ti hanno abbattuto.
- È ora di alzarsi, raccogliere i pezzi e ricevere la Sua fedeltà verso di te.
Preghiera: Signore, con il Tuo aiuto e la Tua forza, mi leverò e camminerò alla luce del Tuo favore e della Tua benedizione. Respira in me nuova vita, ti prego, affinché io possa sapere ancor di più che Tu sei con me e camminare con fiducia in Te. Amen.
