‘I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize…’
- You and I are called to press on and not give up.
- Giving up or throwing in the towel is not an option for us.
- We must fight the good fight, we must press on in this race that lies before us.
- Don’t be discouraged, press on and remember there is a heavenly prize!
Prayer: Lord, I choose to press on. I lay down what is in the past and I look forward to what lies ahead. May I run my race with endurance and determination, knowing that in the end I will receive the reward that You have prepared for me. Amen.

‘Maar een ding: ek vergeet die dinge wat agter is en strek my uit na wat voor is, en jaag na die doel om die prys te verkry van die hoë roeping van God in Christus Jesus.’
- Ek en jy is geroep om voort te gaan en nie op te gee nie.
- Dit is nie ‘n opsie vir ons om op te gee of om die handdoek in te gooi nie.
- Ons moet die goeie stryd stry, ons moet deurdruk in hierdie wedloop wat voor ons lê.
- Moenie ontmoedig word nie, druk deur en onthou daar is ‘n hemelse beloning!
Gebed: Vader, ek kies om deur te druk. Ek lê die verlede neer en sien uit na dit wat voor lê. Mag ek my wedloop met lydsaamheid en vasberadenheid aflê wetende dat aan die einde sal ek die beloning ontvang wat U vir my voorberei het. Amen.

“Sigo avanzando hacia la meta para ganar el premio que Dios ofrece.”
- Tú y yo somos llamados a avanzar y no rendirnos.
- El rendirse o tirar la toalla, no es una opción para nosotros.
- Debemos luchar la buena batalla, debemos avanzar en esta carrera que tenemos por delante.
- No te desanimes, avanza y recuerda que hay un premio celestial!
Oración: Señor, elijo avanzar. Dejo lo que está en el pasado y miro hacia adelante para ver lo que tengo ahí. Ayúdame a correr con resistencia y determinación, sabiendo que la final recibiré el premio que Tú tienes preparado para mí. Amén.

‘ Je cours vers le but, pour remporter le prix de la vocation céleste de Dieu en Jésus Christ.ʼ
- Toi et moi sommes appelés à persévérer et à ne pas abandonner.
- Abandonner ou jeter l’éponge n’est pas une option pour nous.
- Nous devons combattre le bon combat, nous devons persévérer dans cette course qui nous attend.
- Ne te décourage pas, persévère et rappelles-toi qu’il y a un prix céleste!
Prière: Seigneur, je choisis de persévérer. Je te présente ce qui est dans le passé et j’attends avec impatience ce qui m’attend. Que je puisse courir ma course avec endurance et détermination, sachant qu’à la fin je recevrai la récompense que Tu as préparée pour moi. Amen.

‘Pinilit ko na marating ang dulo ng karera at ng matanggap ko ang gantimpala mula sa langit…’
- Ikaw at ako ay tinawag na pilitin at huwag susuko.
- Ang pagsuko, o pagtapon ng tuwalya ay hindi para sa atin.
- Dapat tayo lumaban ng isang mahusay na laban at patuloy na lumalaban sa karera na nakalatag sa ating harapan.
- Huwag mawalan ng pag asa, pilitin at tandaan na tayo ay may makakamit na gantimpala mula sa kalangitan!
Dasal: Panginoon, aking pinili na lumaban pa. Aking ibinababa sa lupa ang mga nakaraan at aking tinitignan ang darating sa kinabukasan. Nawa’y ako ay makatakbo sa karera ng may lakas at determination, dahil alam ko na sa huli ay aking makakamit ang gantimpla na ihihanda Mo sa akin. Amen.
