Psalm 121:1-2

‘I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.’

  • To what are you looking, for the help and the strength that you need?
  • We should lift our eyes above earthly help, to the One who made the earth.
  • We should live with confidence, knowing that our help comes from HIM.
  • He will rescue you; He will lift you up, and He will make a way!

Prayer: Lord, I will lift my eyes to You, knowing that my help comes from You. Your peace, You give me, in times of storms. You are the source of my strength and You are the strength of my life. Amen.

‘Ek slaan my oë op na die berge: waar sal my hulp vandaan kom? My hulp is van die Here wat hemel en aarde gemaak het.’

  • Waarop vertrou jy, vir die hulp en die krag wat jy benodig?
  • Ons moet ons oë bo aardse hulp verhef, na die Een wat die aarde gemaak het.
  • Ons moet met vertroue leef, wetende dat ons hulp van HOM kom.
  • Hy sal jou red; Hy sal jou verhef, en Hy sal ‘n weg oop maak!

Gebed: Vader, ek sal my oë na U op slaan met die wete dat my hulp van U kom. U vrede, gee U my in tye van storms. U is die bron van my krag en U is die krag van my lewe. Amen.

‘Je lève mes yeux vers les montagnes… D’où me viendra le secours?’ Le secours me vient de l’Eternel, Qui a fait les cieux et la terre.

  • Vers quoi irez-vous pour trouver  le secours et la force dont vous avez besoin?
  • Nous devrions lever nos yeux vers le ciel à celui qui a crée la terre.
  • Nous devons pouvoir croire l’Eternel et avoir confiance en Lui, sachant que le secours vient de LUI.
  • Il viendra à votre secours, vous élevera et tracera un chemin pour vous.

Prière: Seigneur, je lève mes yeux vers Toi, sachant que le secours vient de Toi. Ta paix, Tu me la donne lorsque je traverse les tempêtes. Tu es la source de ma force et la force de ma vie. Amen

Alzo gli occhi verso i monti… Da dove mi verrà l’aiuto? Il mio aiuto vien dal Signore, che ha fatto il cielo e la terra.

  • Cosa stai cercando, per avere l’aiuto e la forza di cui hai bisogno?
  • Dobbiamo alzare gli occhi dall’aiuto terreno, verso Colui che ha creato la terra.
  • Dovremmo vivere con fiducia, sapendo che il nostro aiuto viene da LUI.
  • Ti salverà,Ti solleverà e trovera’ un modo!

Preghiera: Signore, alzerò gli occhi verso di Te, sapendo che il mio aiuto viene da Te. La Tua pace, mi dai, in tempi di tempeste. Sei la fonte della mia forza e Sei la forza della mia vita. Amen.

  • ඔබට අවශ්‍ය උපකාර සහ ශක්තිය ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා ඔබ යොමුවන්නේ කුමකටද ?
  • අපේ පෘථිවිය සෑදූ තැනැන්වහන්සේ වෙත භූමික උපකාරයටත් වඩා අපගේ දෑස් ඔසවා තැබිය යුතුය.
  • අපගේ උපකාරය ලැබෙන්නේ උන්වහන්සේගෙන් බව දැන විශ්වාසයෙන් යුතුව ජීවත් විය යුතුයි.
