Psalm 121:2
‘My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.’
- You are never utterly helpless, because the Lord (your Helper) is with you.
- You don’t need to feel helpless, because your help comes from the Lord.
- When you feel like you have nowhere to turn, turn to Him.
- There is nothing that is too difficult for Him.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that my help comes from You. I will look to You for the help that I need and I will not entertain helplessness or despair because my God is my Helper. Amen.

Psalm 121:2
‘My hulp is van die Here wat hemel en aarde gemaak het.’
- Jy is nooit heeltemal hulpeloos nie, want die Here (jou Helper) is met jou.
- Jy hoef nie hulpeloos te voel nie, want jou hulp kom van die Here.
- Wanneer jy voel dat jy niemand het waarop jy kan staatmaak nie, draai na Hom toe.
- Daar is niks wat vir Hom te moeilik is nie.
Gebed: Vader, dankie dat my hulp vanaf U kom. Ek sal tot U draai vir die hulp wat ek nodig het, en ek sal nie hulpeloos of wanhopig raak nie, want my God is my Helper. Amen.

‘Le secours me vient de l’Éternel,qui a fait les cieux et la terre.’
- Tu n’es jamais vraiment désespéré car le Seigneur ( ton secours) est avec toi.
- Tu n’as pas besoin d’être désespéré car ton secours vient de L’Éternel .
- Lorsque tu ne sais pas où aller,tournes-toi vers le Seigneur.
- Rien n’est impossible à Lui
Prière: Seigneur, merci car mon secours vient de Toi. Je regarde à Toi pour le secours dont j’ai besoin, je ne vais pas accepter le désespoir car mon Dieu est mon secours. Amen.

Salmo 121:2
Il mio aiuto vien dal Signore, che ha fatto il cielo e la terra.
- Non sei mai completamente impotente, perché il Signore (il tuo Aiutante) è con te.
- Non devi sentirti impotente, perché il tuo aiuto viene dal Signore.
- Quando senti di non avere nessuno a cui rivolgerti, rivolgiti a Lui.
- Non c’è niente che sia troppo difficile per Lui.
Preghiera: Signore, grazie che da Te viene l’aiuto per me. Mi rivolgerò a Te per l’aiuto di cui ho bisogno e non avrò senso di impotenza o disperazione perché il mio Dio è il mio Aiuto. Amen.

“මට උපකාර පැමිණෙන්නේ අහස පොළොව මැවූ ස්වාමීන්ගෙන්මය.”
- සමිඳාණන් වහන්සේ (ඔබගේ සහායකයා) ඔබ සමඟ සිටින බැවින් ඔබ කිසි විටෙකත් අසරණ වන්නේ නැත.
- ඔබට අසරණ වීමට අවශ්‍ය නැත, මන්ද ඔබගේ උපකාරය ලැබෙන්නේ ස්වාමින් වහන්සේගෙනි.
- ඔබට හැරිමට තැනක් නැති බව ඔබට හැඟෙන විට, උන්වහන්සේ වෙත හැරෙන්න.
- උන්වහන්සේට අපහසු කිසිවක් නොමැත.
යාච්ඤාව: ස්වාමීනි, මාගේ උපකාරය ඔබවහන්සේ වෙතින් ලැබීම ගැන ස්තූතියි. මට අවශ්‍ය උපකාරය සඳහා මම ඔබවහන්සේ දෙස බලමි. මාගේ දෙවියන් මාගේ උපකාරකයා වන නිසා මම අසරණභාවයට හෝ බලාපොරොත්තු සුන්වීමට නොයන්නෙමි.ආමේන්.
