Philippians 4:6
‘Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.’
- In the difficulties and challenges of life, we are not alone.
- We have our ever-present God Who is with us.
- The knowledge that God is with us removes the need to be anxious.
- When things are overwhelming, we can turn to the Lord and call on Him.
Prayer: Lord, today I bring my requests and my petitions to You. You are my God and nothing that I face in life is greater than Your ability to intervene and help me. I will not fear but I will have confidence in You. Amen.

‘Wees oor niks besorg nie, maar laat julle begeertes in alles deur gebed en smeking met danksegging bekend word by God.’
- Ons is nie alleen in die moeilikhede en uitdagings van die lewe nie.
- Ons het ons alom-teenwoordige God met ons.
- Die wete dat God met ons is, verwyder die behoefte om besorg te wees.
- Ons kan ons tot die Here draai en Hom aanroep wanneer dinge oorweldigend is.
Gebed: Vader, ek lê vandag my begeertes en my smekinge voor U neer. U is my God en niks wat ek in die lewe moet hanteer is groter as U vermoë om in te gryp en my te help nie. Ek sal nie besorg wees nie, maar ek sal op U vertrou. Amen.

- En las dificultades y desafíos de la vida, no estamos solos.
- Tenemos a nuestro Dios siempre presente que está con nosotros.
- El conocimiento de que Dios está con nosotros elimina la necesidad de estar ansioso.
- Cuando las cosas son abrumadoras, podemos recurrir al Señor e invocarlo.
Oración: Señor, hoy te traigo mis peticiones y mis anhelos. Tú eres mi Dios y nada de lo que enfrento en la vida es mayor que Tu capacidad para intervenir y ayudarme. No temeré sino que en Ti tendré confianza. Amén.

- On n’est jamais seul face aux défis et aux difficultés.
- Notre Père est toujours là présent à nos côtés.
- Savoir que Dieu est avec nous enlève l’anxiété.
- Nous pouvons faire appel au Seigneur quand la situation nous semble insurmontable.
Prière: Seigneur,je Te présente ma prière et mes supplications aujourd’hui. La situation que je traverse n’est plus grande que Ton habilité d’intervenir et Ton pouvoir de secourir. En Toi je me confie et je n’ai rien à craindre. Amen.
