‘For You are my help; I will sing for joy in the shadow of Your wings.’
- The Lord is here right now, to be your Helper and your Guide.
- You have reason to rejoice and be glad, because He is with you.
- The Lord has helped you thus far, so be confident about the future.
- Rest securely and joyfully under the shelter of the Most High.
Prayer: Lord, truly You are my help. I still believe and trust in Your plans and I place my heart in Your hands. You are all I need, and all of my trust is in You, my Faithful Friend. Amen.

- Jy het rede om verheug en bly te wees, want Hy is met jou.
- Die Here het jou tot dusver gehelp, wees dus verseker oor die toekoms.
- Rus sekuur en verheug onder die beskerming van die Allerhoogste.
Gebed: Vader, U is waarlik my hulp. Ek glo nog en vertrou in U planne en ek plaas my hart in U hande. U is al wat ek nodig het en ek vertrou volkome op U, my Getroue Vriend. Amen.

“A la sombra de tus alas cantaré, porque tú eres mi ayuda.”
- El Señor está aquí y ahora, para ser tu Ayuda y tu Guía.
- Tienes una razón para regocijarte y estar complacido, porque Él está contigo.
- El Señor te ha ayudado hasta ahora, entonces confía para el futuro.
- Descansa con seguridad y alegría bajo la protección del Altísimo.
Oración: Señor, verdaderamente, Tú eres mi ayuda. Todavía creo y confío en Tus planes y coloco mi corazón en Tus manos. Tú eres todo lo que necesito y pongo mi confianza en Ti mi Fiel Amigo. Amén.

- Ang Panginoon ay naririto ngayon din upang maging iyong katulong at iyong Tagapaggabay.
- Ikaw ay may rason upang magdiwang at matuwa, dahil Siya ay nasa sa iyo.
- Ang Panginoon ay tinulungan ka hanggang ngayon, kaya dapat ka lang maging tiwala sa kinabukasan.
- Magpahinga ng matiwasay at masaya sa ilalim ng silungan na Pinakamataas nating Diyos.
Dasal: Panginoon, ikaw talaga ang aking tulong. Ako ay naniniwala at nagtitiwala sa Iyong mga plano at aking inilalagay ang aking puso sa Iyong mga kamay. Ikaw lamang ang aking kailangan at lahat ng aking pagtitiwala ay sa Iyo lamang, aking Tapat na Kaibigan. Amen.

- Hai motivo di gioire e rallegrarti, perché Lui è con te.
- Finora il Signore ti ha aiutato, quindi abbi fiducia nel futuro.
- Riposa in modo sicuro e gioioso sotto il rifugio dell’Altissimo.
