‘You, O LORD, are a Shield for me, my glory, and the One Who lifts my head.’
- The Lord is your Shield and Protector.
- He comes and surrounds you with His blessing and protection.
- He is the Light of our lives and He gives us reason to live.
- He bends down and lifts us up and He reminds us that He will help us.
Prayer: Lord, You are my Shield and my Protector. I look to You for the help, the strength, and the encouragement that I need. Come and lift me up and fill me with hope and confidence. Amen.

- Die Here is jou Skild en Beskermer.
- Hy omring jou met Sy seën en beskerming.
- Hy is die Lig van ons lewens en Hy gee ons rede om te lewe.
- Hy buig af en lig ons op en Hy herinner ons dat Hy ons sal help.
Gebed: Vader, U is my Skild en my Beskermer. Ek reken op U vir die hulp, die krag en die aanmoediging wat ek nodig het. Kom hef my op en vul my met hoop en vertroue. Amen.

- El Señor es tu escudo y protector.
- Él viene y te rodea con Su bendición y protección.
- Él es la Luz de nuestras vidas y nos da una razón para vivir.
- Él se inclina y nos levanta y nos recuerda que nos ayudará.
