‘Trust confidently in Him at ALL times, O people; pour out your heart before Him. God is a refuge for us.’
- Trusting in God should be our lifestyle and choice.
- It gives us the right to pour out our hearts and longings to Him.
- He wants to come and meet us at our point of need.
- God is our refuge and strength, and an ever-present help in troubled times.
Prayer: Lord, I want to take this opportunity to pour out my heart to You. You know what is concerning me and You know what I need. You are my Refuge, so I will trust and rest in You. Amen.

‘Vertrou op Hom altyd, o volk! Stort julle hart uit voor Sy aangesig! God is ‘n toevlug vir ons.’
- Om op God te vertrou, behoort ons leefwyse en keuse te wees.
- Dit gee ons die reg om ons harte en hunkering aan Hom uit te stort.
- Hy wil ons kom ontmoet waar ons dit nodig het.
- God is ons toevlug en sterkte, en ‘n ewige hulp in moeilike tye.
Gebed: Vader, ek wil van hierdie geleentheid gebruik maak om my hart voor U uit te stort. U weet wat my bekommerd maak en U weet wat ek nodig het. U is my toevlug, dus sal ek op U vertrou en in U rus. Amen.

“Confía siempre en él, pueblo mío; ábrele tu corazón cuando estés ante él. ¡Dios es nuestro refugio!”
- Confiar en Dios debería ser nuestro estilo de vida y nuestra elección.
- Nos da el derecho de derramar nuestro corazón y nuestros anhelos en Él.
- Quiere venir a nuestro encuentro cuando lo necesitemos.
- Dios es nuestro refugio y fortaleza, y una ayuda siempre presente en tiempos difíciles.

- අපගේ හදවත් හා ආශාවන් උන් වහන්සේ වෙත වත් කිරීමට එය අපට අයිතියක් වෙයි.
- උන්වහන්සේට අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ අපේ අවශ්‍යතාවයට අපව හමුවීමට පැමිණීමටයි.
