Psalm 28:7
‘My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped.’
- Just knowing that we can trust God is great help in life.
- Because we trust in Him, we know that we can turn to Him for help.
- He is our great Helper, and just as He has helped in the past, He will help today.
- Let your heart be encouraged, because He will help you.
Prayer: Lord, surely You are my Helper and You are the strength of my life. I will trust in You with all of my heart, knowing that You are my Helper and that Your help is a promise to me. Amen.

Psalm 28:7
‘…op Hom het my hart vertrou, en ek is gehelp;’
- Net die wete dat ons op God kan vertrou, is ‘n groot hulp in die lewe.
- Omdat ons op Hom vertrou, weet ons dat ons, ons tot Hom vir hulp, kan wend.
- Hy is ons groot Helper, en net soos Hy in die verlede gehelp het, sal Hy vandag help.
- Laat jou hart bemoedig word, want Hy sal jou help.
Gebed: Vader, U is beslis my Helper en U is die krag van my lewe. Ek sal met my hele hart op U vertrou, wetende dat U my Helper is en dat U hulp ‘n belofte vir my is. Amen.

Salmo 28:7
“Mi corazón en él confía; de él recibo ayuda.”
- El solo hecho de saber que podemos confiar en Dios es una gran ayuda en la vida.
- Debido a que confiamos en Él, sabemos que podemos acudir a Él en busca de ayuda.
- Él es nuestro gran Ayudador, y así como te ha ayudado en el pasado, te ayudará hoy.
- Deja que su corazón se anime, porque Él lo ayudará.
Oración: Señor, seguramente Tú eres mi Ayudador y Tú eres la fuerza de mi vida. Confiaré en ti con todo mi corazón, sabiendo que eres mi ayudador y que tu ayuda es una promesa para mí. Amén.

- Que votre cœur soit encouragé car Il viendra à votre secours.

Il Signore è la mia forza e il mio scudo; in lui s’è confidato il mio cuore, e sono stato soccorso; perciò il mio cuore esulta, e io lo celebrerò con il mio canto.
- Il solo sapere che possiamo fidarci di Dio è di grande aiuto nella vita.
- Poiché confidiamo in Lui, sappiamo che possiamo rivolgerci a Lui per chiedere aiuto.
- Egli è il nostro grande Aiutante e, proprio come ha aiutato in passato, aiuterà oggi.
- Lascia che il tuo cuore sia incoraggiato, perché Lui ti aiuterà.
Preghiera: Signore, certamente Sei il mio aiuto e Sei la forza della mia vita. Mi affiderò a Te con tutto il cuore, sapendo che Sei il mio soccoritore e che il Tuo aiuto è una promessa per me. Amen.
